We are product that Chem-Dry of Brentwood along with its affiliated franchises, Chem-Dry of Franklin, Chem-Dry of Bellevue, and Chem-Dry of Germantown have been recognized by Chem-Dry® by awarding the Circle of Excellence to our franchises.
Each Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated so the services offer will vary between each Chem-Dry® franchise. We believe that an educated customer will recognize the added value provided by Chem-Dry of Brentwood and its affiliated franchises, Chem-Dry of Franklin, Chem-Dry of Bellevue, and Chem-Dry of Germantown when selecting a provider of carpet cleaning services. Only the franchises recognized by Chem-Dry® may display the Circle of Excellence emblem in its advertising.
Chem-Dry® franchises that achieve Circle of Excellence status represent the best of the best of the Chem-Dry franchises which offer carpet cleaning services in the Brentwood, TN area. Our service area includes the Brentwood, Franklin, and all other Nashville Metro areas.
To qualify for the Circle of Excellence recognition, each Independently Owned and Operated franchise must:
- Meet stringent on-going training requirements including administration of tests to technicians to insure continued improvement of our performance
- Have a knowledgeable Customer Service Representative to answer questions and follow-up with customers.
- Utilize the latest and best cleaning technology by using the PowerHead, PowerBase and Hot Carbonating Extraction Cleaning methods including truck mounted CTS systems which are superior in performance to legacy “tank and buffer” systems and steam cleaning
- Offer Expert Stain Removal services
- Each van must be equipped with the full range of Chem-Dry Spot Removal Products
- Provide Red Alert® Stain Removal service to remove difficult red stains
- Offer Pet Urine Removal Treatment (P.U.R.T. ®) which is a process that really works to identify and eliminate urine odor from your carpet, upholstery and mattress bedding and yes, this does work for both pet and human urine as accidents do happen.
- Offer upholstery cleaning for a full range of fabrics
- Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure long term customer satisfaction through follow-up on work performed and special offers
- Provide security to our customers by insuring that vans and technicians are properly identified

It seems that everyone if claiming to be “Green” these days as it is popular and can be used to attract business. But how do you as a smart consumer know if the claim is just advertising hype or fact? We can prove our that our Green products are truly GREEN.
At Chem-Dry of Brentwood, our Professional Technicians use The Natural® which is only available from Chem-Dry as our primary cleaning solution. The Natural® has been Green Certified by ITC Labs. You can view the ITC Certification letter by Clicking Here.

When we became the owners of four existing Chem-Dry franchises in 2007 we did our homework and are convinced that the Chem-Dry processes represent the State-of-The-Art technology. We also invested in the PowerHead and CTS Truck Mount Technology to provide the very best cleaning solution for your home. We also committed to basing our operations in a climate controlled secure facility and not from a garage or spare room in a home which is typical of many carpet cleaners.
In comparing us to others, please remember that each Chem-Dry franchise is independently owned and operated. To get the most value be sure to ask for the HCE PowerHead process to insure the driest, cleanest and healthiest process available which dries in only 1-2 hours and does not leave behind excessive moisture which may promote mold growth.
Our motto is “If we cannot get you satisfied, your carpet cleaning is FREE” is no gimmick. Commitment To Our Cleaning Clients

- Our technician will arrive on schedule
- Our technician will be courteous and professional
- Our technician will wear protective shoe coves to protect your floors
- Unlike some services who will give low phone estimates without seeing your carpet and then either do a superficial cleaning or demand higher rates, we prefer to p provide a Free in home assessment of your cleaning needs so that we can recommend only what we feel would be of benefit to you. You then decide what will meet your needs and budget before any work is performed.
- If you require a phone estimate, we will provide one for our Basic Service package for the area that you tell us. When we arrive we will discuss the job with you to offer only value added services for your consideration. In any case, we will do the Basic Service for the area defined as discussed on the phone for the price estimated if you feel that additional services are needed.
- We will perform a Free Pet Urine Black Light inspection of your carpet to identify areas for treatment. Even if you do not have a pet, this is a valuable free service as prior occupants or visitors with pets or small children may have left surprises for you.
