- Unlike some services who will give low phone estimates without seeing your carpet and then either do a superficial cleaning or demand higher rates, we prefer to p provide a Free in home assessment of your cleaning needs so that we can recommend only what we feel would be of benefit to you. You then decide what will meet your needs and budget before any work is performed.
- If you require a phone estimate, we will provide one for our Basic Service package for the area that you tell us. When we arrive we will discuss the job with you to offer only value added services for your consideration. In any case, we will do the Basic Service for the area defined as discussed on the phone for the price estimated if you feel that additional services are needed.
- We will perform a Free Pet Urine Black Light inspection of your carpet to identify areas for treatment. Even if you do not have a pet, this is a valuable free service as prior occupants or visitors with pets or small children may have left surprises for you.
